All around helpful couple needed - Vista, CA

We were finally able to buy a house on a little land with a pretty view.  We need some help whipping this place into shape so it is worthy of the sunset view it gets.  My husband and I also have a super cool 2-year-old and a space-invading cattle dog who we need help with from time to time (help with our son is not a must, but it would be awesome on occasion).  We want to make sure you are fairly compensated and will pay you for any additional time spent above and beyond our agreement. 

If you think you could be our unicorn couple we have a small - but way comfortable casita for you.  It comes with the best view on our little acre, is 15 minutes from the beach, is furnished if you need it to be, has room for RV parking and storage/workspace.  We welcome your well-behaved pup as long as it gets along with ours.  We are open to your ideas and input also.  Long-term or short-term, we want a cooperative living partnership with like-minded people who will enjoy making this place into something they will love also.  We are so ready to meet you.
