Workampers needed for park in southwest Missouri.

We are looking for a couple to work in one of our parks in southwest Missouri. We are looking for a long term couple, THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL POSITION. We are open year round. We have 3 family orientated parks in this area. This park is about 10 minutes from Walmart and Lowe's, 45 minutes to Springfield, Mo. We are looking to fill this position ASAP.

The perfect couple for this park must be hardworking but also know how to have fun. Must be a self starters and able to work without constant supervision. We would like people that are creative and would like to help us make this an awesome park. We are always open to ideas to improve the park and we have a lot of projects planned, we just need the help to make them a reality. This park has so many possibilities that we wish to expand upon.

One person will be doing outside lawn and site maintenance, assisting campers... etc. The other will be running the office, answering phone calls, making reservations, cleaning two bathhouses, clean laundromat, assisting campers... Etc. They will not be stuck inside all the time, they can also work outside on projects also (preferred). Some travel from time to time to work in one of our other parks less than 30 minutes away may be required.

Compensation:

You will be provided a 50 amp FHU for 10 hours each per pay period. All hours after that are paid (Pay to be negotiated per experience). Pay periods are on the 1st and 15th of every month. 40% Discount on propane and store items.

Housekeeping(No Cabins)

Carpentry

Lite Electrical

Plumbing

Painting

Computer skills

Mowing(zero turn)/weed-eating

Raking/blowing leaves

Propane dispensing (class provided)

Pool maintenance (seasonal)
