Experienced Apartment Leasing and Maintenance Team - San Bruno, CA

Hello.

We are looking for a qualified apartment leasing and maintenance team for our lovely 190 unit apartment community in San Bruno.  Maintenance applicant must have experience in plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, apartment turn overs as well as groups work, work orders, etc.  Leasing applicant must have experience in customer service, filing, ledger entry and apartment leasing.

Onsite housing is available if it meets your family's needs.  Must have driver's license, tools and reliable transportation (truck preferred).  Must be able to follow Manager's instructions and be a team player.We have been in business for 35 years and we own all of our own properties.  We are well established in the greater bay area and have a great reputation in the industry.
