Dynamic couple sought to run all aspects of boutique award winning roadside upgraded 15 room hotel in mid coast maine coastal vacation region plus guest rental properties at Acadia National Park region. Hotel expanding to include summer retro RVs, guest houses in high tourist destinations plus year round hotel with small quaint food truck on premises. Sky is limit on future growth-put on your entrepreneurial hat.

Innkeepers: run all aspect of marketing, reservations (RESNEXUS), turns, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, small handyman projects, guest fulfillment, repairs, etc. Some part time help budgeted/available.

Comp package includes monthly stipend for couple ($2500), housing on premises (3 BR, 2 bth house) + utils, annual gross bonus (1%) plus discretionary bonus. Discretionary Achievment bonuses also. Min. guarantees commensurate with experience. Bring FIDO. 'No strangers to hard work' and great guest skills/both partners needed. This is a do it yourself lifestyle position. Must know RVs maintenance. Part of larger hotel group (Cape Cod and Mountains NH). Ties to/familiar with New England a plus. It snows in winter here--plowing part of duties. Fun job but hard work, part of larger tream, lots of moral support. Owner rotaters through but absentee altho closely involved with style, decision making, finances, and direction vision.
