FEATURED JOB OPENING: Assistant Regenerative Farm Manager & Retreat House Maintenance - Lothian, MD

Assists owner with overall management of regenerative agriculture herb and food farm. Includes:

General farm maintenance

Cultivates, harvests, processes crops

Work, organize and maintain farm markets and store 

Correspond with market vendors to organize markets 

Track inventory

Prepare garden spaces 

Pack and ship Farm Products, pull orders from website

Maintain retreat house gardens, lawns, and facilities 

Requirements:

Lift 50 pounds repeatedly

Equipment maintenance 

3 years experience with regenerative, organic, or biodynamic farm

Permaculture and/or Regenerative Agriculture training 

Outdoor work in all weather 

Cooking experience in foodservice, a plus 
Basic computer usage ~ email, word, excel
