FEATURED JOB OPENING: Experienced On-Site Manager Team - Auburn, WA

A well-established, attractive manufactured home community is looking for an on-site management team that enjoys working with people. Candidates will be a good fit for this position if they have a polished customer service skills and strong computer literacy. We offer generous compensation and ongoing support by professionals with many years of experience in manufacture housing.

The successful team will have:
* Experience with or knowledge about the Manufactured Housing Industry is a plus.
* The capability to communicate respectfully with residents concerning any issues that may arise in the day-to-day operation of the community
* A working knowledge of Office 365 and the ability to become proficient with our property management software and office management procedures.
* Process rent payments, assist with billing inquiries, and monitor rent reports
* Monitor property for safety, cleanliness, and rule enforcement

Compensation: $30k/year + paid housing and utilities.
