POSITION JOB DESCRIPTION:

Community Manager/Maintenance Couple

Description of Position:

The Community Manager will be based in El Mirage, AZ and oversee a manufactured home community, representing Cobblestone by working with their staff to maximize their community's full potential in the areas of rent collection, home sales and customer satisfaction.  

More specifically, the Community Manager will:

• Ensure rents are collected and processes on time, including auto drafts
• Issuing late penalties to delinquent residents, following legal protocol for non-payment
• Performing necessary legal steps during a title turn in or eviction process
• Always ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Managing maintenance staff to ensure property appearance and functionality
• Coordinate vendors for repairs and upkeep as needed
• Manage your staff in a positive, professional productive fashion
• Conduct weekly meetings with your staff
• Proactive customer service
• Assist in assessing repairs and/or property enhancements
• Assist in gathering vendor bids to perform work designated by the executive team

Job Requirements:

The desired candidate will have a minimum of five years of broad experience in MHC/RV real estate.  Expertise in property operations, marketing, home sales, effective staff leadership and motivation are critical skills. Rent Manager experience is mandatory.

The candidate will have a reputation of exemplifying the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and discretion.  The individual should be highly confident of their abilities and be considered a detail-oriented person who can tackle numerous projects simultaneously.  S/he must be a self-motivated, well-organized, and results-driven professional who leads by example.  S/he must be a creative problem solver and an implementer of ideas.  

Compensation
