FEATURED JOB OPENING: Storage Management Team - Houston, TX

We are looking for a management team to manage a self-storage facility in Houston, TX. The successful candidates must reside onsite in the company provided residence. 

This is a sales and customer service position.  Candidates must have excellent telephone and communication skills, good computer skills and a strong attention to detail.  We are looking for a management team with strong personal integrity and no criminal record.   No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Administrative duties include greeting existing and prospective customers, handling inquiries over the phone, internet and in person, renting storage units, completing leases and other related paperwork.  This facility does rent U-Haul trucks.

Maintenance duties include sweeping, cleaning, yard work and other maintenance activities as may be required.

Hours:              Each Manager - 45 hours per week

Pay:                 $50,000 to $60,000 per year for the team.  On top of this, we provide bonuses tied to how

                        well your facility is doing. Some managers bonus $30,000 to $40,000 per year.

Although we are initially looking for a management couple, we will entertain the right single manager.
