On-Site Resident Manager / Maintenance Team - Golden, CO

Looking to live and work on site in beautiful Golden Colorado!  Smaller well-maintained multi-family complex is hiring a Property Manager / Maintenance Technician team (2 employees).

Property Manager:

• Must have 2-3 years of Property Management experience.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Great customers service and attention to detail.
• Ideal candidates should display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and vendors.

       Maintenance Technician:

• Ideal candidates should have at least 2+ year’s hands-on experience in property maintenance, building repairs, construction, home remodeling, and/or other related activities.
• Must have own basic tools
• Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snowblowers, lawnmowers, and small hand tools
• Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted
• HVAC, EPA, or CPO Certification is preferred.

Property Manager:

• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents to retain residents and secure new lease agreements.
• Handles incoming sales from foot traffic, phone, and email. 
• Document and log activity into the company database.
• Provides information about the community including amities offered with the goal of generating leases for the property.
• Stay up to date with all promotions/leasing incentives.
• Receive and document incoming rent payments, deposits, and application fees.
• Assist residents with questions and place work order requests as needed.

     Maintenance Technician:

• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, and boiler maintenance.
• Proactively inspect, diagnose, recommend, and perform minor maintenance and repairs to residential buildings.
• Repair interior and exterior plumbing and sprinkler systems throughout the property.
• Light electrical work including changing bulbs, ballasts, outlets, light switches, and sensors.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area(s)
• Light Snow removal and ice melt disbursement
• Weeding, light landscaping, and parking lot cleaning, patching, and maintenance
• Drywall repair
• Painting (Interior and Exterior)
• Basic Carpentry
• Assists with coordinating the work of outside contractors, and vendors.
• Will work as a team each day doing the grounds keeping duties.
