FEATURED JOB OPENING: Boutique Hotel General Manager - Couple or Individual - Clearwater Beach, FL

Seeking Full-time Live-In General Manager Couple – Clearwater Beach, FL – Ownership is looking for a self-motivated, honest, team leader (or couple) with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills to assume full-time operational duties of our upscale, 36-room Clearwater Beach, Florida hotel. This year-round position requires the dedication and motivation to create positive and enduring experiences for our guests.

The GM role is an active, hands-on role that requires the successful applicant to perform all aspects of hotel operations and management, from taking reservations and cleaning rooms to managing administrative work. There is a staff of eight, including housekeepers, front desk personnel, and maintenance person. Our GM of 5+ years is departing to tour the world. This job is a live-in role. Experience with cloud-based property management systems is required, and some practical repair & maintenance experience is helpful.
