Ranch Caretakers - Alton, UT

Care for all aspects of 1300+ ac high country southern Utah ranch. Honest, hard-working, responsible, organized, married couple (active retired a plus) who will respect property and equipment. Must live on site.

Small salary plus perfect 2-bedroom 2nd story apt. incl all utilities.

Must have mechanical ability and knowledge of operating ranch equipment. Lease cattle on property during summer months. Must be willing to clean all living spaces, maintain grounds (incl landscaping/lawns), keep up fences, make repairs to buildings as necessary, care for horses, dogs, chickens, etc. Ranch experience required. Valid D/L with good driving record. Will do background check. Smoking, drinking and drugs are prohibited.
