FEATURED JOB OPENING: Assistant Manager Couple - Redlands, CA

We are seeking a multitasking, hard working couple to co-manage a very busy RV Park located in Redlands, California.
Currently, the park is managed by a husband-wife team whose responsibilities include:

Answering phones
Responding to and sending emails
Actively pursuing reservation leads
Scheduling arrival and departure times for park reservations
Processing deposit and rental charges
Holding safety meetings
Overseeing office staff and grounds crew
Actively maintaining park facilities and grounds, equipment and structures
Escorting RV’s to and from spaces
Forklift operation
Resolving customer disputes and conflicts
Maintaining park security and safety
Responding to after hours calls and emergencies
Accounting for park finances

The current managers have been working here for 5 years and have established a successful system for running the park. The purpose of hiring a co-management team is to lighten the load and free up time for the managers to focus on the financial side of the business and allow for more personal time.

As a busy park with high reservation turn-around, the work environment is dynamic and multi-layered. Co-managers are expected to actively take the initiative to solve problems as they arise and prevent problems from arising to the best of their ability.
As co-managers, you will be provided with a 5th wheel or trailer to live-in, rent free in one of the park’s spaces. Your water, sewer, trash, and electricity will be paid for. Basic cable and wifi is also free of charge.
