RV Park/Self Storage Management Team - Republic, WA

We are a beautiful 33 space RV Park and 133 Mini Storage property looking for a full-time, year round manager(s). We are located NE Washington surrounded by national parks, mountains, lakes that offer unlimited outdoor activities including biking, hunting, fishing, hiking, x-country skiing and more. If you enjoy small town living this is for you!

We are looking for an experienced RV Park Management Couple to provide excellent customer service with a positive and upbeat attitude. You are self-motivated and enthusiastic and love interacting with our camping and RV Park guests. Most importantly, you should have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others.

We offer a valuable compensation package that includes a new manufactured home rental or free space rent and utilities!

About the opportunity

Position: RV / Mini Storage Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES | Duties include but are not limited to:

• Promote a positive attitude to all guests from beginning to end of their stay
• Help promote high occupancy of park through phone inquiries, reservations and marketing
• Familiarize yourself with the areas many activities and attractions
• Guarantee full functionality of the park in alignment with company policies.
• Handle cash, check and credit card transaction prepare and make bank deposits
• Send daily and weekly transaction reports to park owners.
• Coordinate park maintenance.
• Park Maintenance including Site Prep, Landscape, Plumbing, Electrical, Etc. 

*Park Manager must live in the park property as we offer free housing or space rent and utilities.

Job Types: Full-time

Pay: $24,000 to $34,000.00 per year depending on housing requirements

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Min 2 years experience in Park Management or equivalent (Preferred)
• Supervising Experience: 2 years (Preferred)
• Retail experience 
• Some knowledge of RV’s or RV lifestyle
• Proficient computer skills
