REMOTE LUXURY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COUPLE in BC,CANADA

A young active Property Management couple is needed for a live-in position at one of the most pristine and unique Remote Guest Ranch close to Fairmont Hot Springs, BC.

You have a service heart and you can easily demonstrate good results from earlier jobs. You have already demonstrated that you are self-motivated, organized and efficient and can handle both big and small projects (down to the details if needed). You can work independently and it is your job to manage projects including people to successfully maintain a ranch property as perfect as the mountains that surrounds it. Experience in work related to property management/maintenance or applicable skill sets (carpentry, plumbing, etc.) are beneficial but most important is your willingness and ability to work hard and get things done in an efficient and smooth way. Your duties will include full responsibility for the facilities operations, supervising new projects, keeping the grounds & buildings perfectly maintained and cleaned, full range of services provided for the guests.

Contract for 3 years. 2bd House provided on the property.

Clean background is a must. Authorized to live and work legally in Canada. Own transportation 4 wheel drive Truck is needed.

The start date is ASAP.
