Mobile Home Park Management Couple - Spokane, WA

Seeking self-motivated working couple to manage 115 space Mobile Home Park in beautiful Spokane WA. 

The administrative portion of this job is approximately 20 hours per month; the maintenance portion varies seasonally, but on average is 20 hours per week. 

Office Administration:

• Answer phones
• Rent collection
• Late notices
• Oversee tenant compliance with rules & regulations and administer notices to comply
• Other office duties as required.
• Excellent customer service skills

Maintenance:

• General property maintenance
• Blow streets
• Maintaintenance of Large On Site Sewer System
• Water sampling
• Grounds maintenance, snow plwoing
• Ability to work outside in all weather

 Must pass a credit and background check.

This is a long term position for both people
