Starting Salary Range: $3000 - 3800 / month, DOE
Experienced management team needed for our all-ages, 65-space mobile home park in Flagstaff, AZ. You and your partner should be highly experienced and skilled in office management and mobile home / facilities maintenance. Property or mobile home park management experience is preferred.
The office manager must have good organizational skills and computer proficiency. Duties include but are not limited to processing applications; preparing rentals for occupancy; preparing lease agreements and tenant move-in/move-outs; rent collection and bank deposits; answering phone and email; regular communication with managing owner.
The facilities manager must be skilled in general maintenance: plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, floors, landscaping, and experience with mobile home repairs and other as needed. Duties include but are not limited to maintaining the physical grounds and mobile home repairs. Extra salary paid for more extensive mobile renovation. Must have own appropriate work vehicle and tools.
The ideal management team will have good verbal and written communication skills and knowledge of mobile home park management (mobile home landlord tenant law a plus but not required).
Compensation includes salary (negotiable based on experience and qualifications), paid housing (a comfortable single-family home on the property, not a mobile), paid utilities and cell phones for each manager, and paid vacation after a year. Salary increases will be considered following the initial 6-month probationary period and annually thereafter, based on performance. Bonuses are given for going "above and beyond."
