FEATURED JOB OPENING: $90K/YR SELF STORAGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE - Port Richey, FL

We have an immediate opening for a qualified and motivated SELF-STORAGE MANAGEMENT COUPLE/TEAM.

We are looking for an experienced, professional couple to live on-site in our beautiful 2-bedroom apartment and manage this busy property that also has truck rentals.

Our compensation package consisting of a competitive hourly rate, apartment, utilities, gas allowance, and multi-tiered monthly bonus incentives, is valued at $90K/year minimum.   Paid vacation, health insurance and other benefits are also provided.

• - Team must be energetic, multi-tasking and flexible to changes.
• - Team must be friendly, helpful and professional on the phone, as well as in person.
• - Team should have some leasing, collections, computer, banking, and marketing abilities.
• - Team should be proficient in technology applications such as Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office.
• - Truck Rental knowledge is preferred, but not required.
• - Responsibilities also include cleaning vacated storage units, keeping property free of trash/litter, and other light       maintenance as needed.
• - This is a 40 Hour / 40 Hour opportunity.
• - We prefer experience in self -storage; or in retirement, assisted living, apartment or mobile home community management.
