Job Duties: Housekeeping - Couples or Single Individual

Mid May 2023 thru Mid September 2023 - FHU & hourly pay position available for the right experienced, motivated, friendly couple or Individual.  This is a mainly a housekeeping position cleaning our Cabins, Bathhouse and indoor pavillion with a possibility of a small amount of office help. 18 hours of work will be required each week in exchange for the FHU site .  Any additional hours over and above would be paid at $14.00 per hour. We cannot gauruntee number of paid hours per week. FHU includes 30/50 Amp, water, sewer, trash & Wi-Fi. Large site, 55 x 28.  We ask that you are physically capable of performing the work described above and are willing to work over and above the required 18 hours per week if needed. We pride ourselves in clean facilities and a clean park.

  We are a smaller park with 18 RV sites and 11 cabins, situated on 6 acres in the beautiful Rio Grande National Forrest at an elevation of 8200 FT. We are 17 miles from Wolf Creek Pass and 43 miles from Pagosa Springs. We are an historic site for the town of South Fork as our cabins and property were built in 1908 and housed mill workers that worked next door at the historic Galbreath Tie and Timber Company. Lots to do in the area. Hundreds of miles of off road trails, mountain & rail biking, hiking, river rafting, tubing, golfing and some of the best gold medal water river and lake fishing Colorado has to offer. Hot springs within 40 miles to the east and west of us. South Fork, CO is a town of 500 permanent residents but grows to about 10 thousand during the summer months. We prefer couples or individual with no kids and drama free, pets ok.
