General Manager/Executive Chef Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Lead a team of hourly employees to deliver exceptional food and service for each guest
- Control costs to company standards - both food and labor
- Possess a strong, confident leadership style
- Ownership mentality
- Highest level of accountability for self and team
- 2+ years in a similar role in a scratch kitchen environment
