 Looking for a management couple for a 55+, 4 star community north of Phoenix. 

Inside person would collect rent, make bank deposits, evictions, good customer relations needed.  Skills needed would be MS Word, Excel.  Outside person would need maintenance skills, light plumbing & electrical, landscaping, pool care, meter reading, general maintenance of community.

Double Wide Home and Utilities and Salary $2600/mo hours would be 9-4 M-F with an hour off for lunch.
