Live-In Property Caretaker(s) - Pahala, Hawaii
I am looking for a couple or a hard working individual to live in and care for my home on the Big Island of Hawaii. My wife and I do not spend as much time there as we like and since it is 26 acres, it is too difficult to maintain and upkeep the place without someone being there full time.
Our place is located on the east coast of the Big Island near black sands beach and not far from the town of Na'alehu. It truly is a paradise on earth. We have roughly an acre of bananas, 14 citrus trees, four acres of guava and a wide variety of newly planted trees. Most of the work will be maintaining the yard and grounds around the home and once per month the back fields need mowing with the tractor. Your skills will need to be knowlege of farm equipment such as tractors, mowers, tillers, chain saws, weed whackers and other small engine equipment. Your time is your own as long as the place is maintained.
