A well-established, attractive manufactured home community in our portfolio urgently needs an on-site management presence. Candidates will be a good fit for this position if they have polished customer service skills, strong computer literacy, and the ability to meet the physical maintenance requirements of the job.
Experience with (or knowledge about) the Manufactured Housing industry statute is a plus. This position is considered part-time and will generally expect an average of 20-30 hours per week.
Expectations:
Provide polite, professional customer service at an Aged 55+ Residential Community.
Process rent payments and assist with billing inquiries.
Monitor rent reports and update accounting software.
Deliver routine notices to Residents.
Organize and maintain maintenance vendors and monitor performance.
Monitor property for safety, cleanliness, and rule enforcement.
