Small Farm Live In and Caretaking - Southeast IN

Individual or married couple wanted to live in farm house on 35 acre farm in SE Indiana near Cincinnati, Ohio, with outbuildings and pay reduced rent in exchange for basic property maintenance on 5 acre portion, e.g., lawn mowing, picking up dead branches, weeding flower gardens, pond maintenance, hedge trimming and garden mulching, etc..

Neighbors run cattle on remaining acreage and maintian fences and bush hog pastures.  This is not part of responsibilities desired.

There are outbuildings and a barn for storage and animals, including dog kennel, horse stalls and 90 x 200 foot riding arena.

We are open to discussing various non comercial uses of the property for gardening and certain livestock.

Ordinary monthly rental of $2,000  would be reduced to $1,000 in exchange for services above. Must prove of income of $100,000 or greater annually.  Caretakers pay all utilities.
