FEATURED JOB OPENING: EXCEPTIONAL MANAGEMENT COUPLE FOR SELF STORAGE - Tampa Bay Area, FL

We are still looking for that special couple!!

Experienced professional Couple to live on-site and manage busy Self Storage Property with Truck Rentals. Must be a couple.
Excellent leasing abilities, collections, computer, banking, marketing experience.
Proficient in technology applications such as Yardi, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office.
Must be energetic, self-motivated, able to multi-task, flexible to changes and updates.
Need to be friendly, helpful, professional on the phone ensuring all property amenities are provided to callers.
Also need to present a friendly, helpful, professional image to tenants and customers who come to the office.
Truck rental experience preferred but not required.
Will clean vacated storage units, keep property free of trash/litter and other light maintenance as needed.

This is a 40Hr/40Hr position.

Prefer proven experience in Retirement Communities, Assisted Living Communities, Apartment Management, Mobile Home Community Management or Self Storage Management and truck rentals.
