Full Job Description

On-site manager for luxury long term RV and self storage park in Bakersfield, California.

This position is ideal for a husband and wife management team who has experience in living on-site and running a mobile home or RV park.  People skills dealing with tenants and prospective tenants and basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical maintenance is required.

Duties will include rent collection, tenant relations, rule enforcement, lease signing and intake, meter reading, advertising of openings and driving occupancy.  Maintenance duties include fixing water risers, light electrical repair, lawn and ground upkeep, and other miscellaneous duties that go along with running the day to day of the park and keeping it as one of the premier RV parks in the region.
