Long Term Work Camper Maintenance / Cleaning position - Alvin, TX

Seeking a friendly personality who enjoys working with a diverse group of people, ability to work as a team and must possess great communication skills.

Position duties include but are not limited to -
Cleaning the front office/entrance, two restrooms with showers and laundry facility.
Outside work is required - mowing (must know how to use zero turn mower), weed eat & tractor work.                                          Submit meter readings to office, complete maintenance worksheets & work orders, water testing (can be taught), site cleanup, site checks, electrical pedestal checks-preventative maintenance and complete any other tasks as assigned.
General knowledge of electrical, plumbing, well water systems, WiFi and RVs is helpful.

This job requires that you own an RV and live on site.
On site Maintenance receives RV site, Electric, water, sewer and WiFi.
