   Resort Town Live In Manager Couple needed for a Boutique Hotel with all accommodation & amenities paid for. Long Team Position. Good Compensation. Preferred couples with the knowledge of Hotel Management and Administration Expereince, but can train the right candidates with right attitude.

Work here as if it was your own. No Work should be left pending. We want People to steap ahead & take care of it. Duties include, upkeep of the whole property which is very important for Boutique Hotel. Cleanliness, Keeping Well Maintain & Excellent Customer Service are Top Priortiy. Must be able to perform light maintenance and cleaning. Should be a Team Leader who can manage team of employees, quick on solving problem, enjoy guest interactions and understand life style of on site manager couple.

Front Office duties. Check In / Check out. Active on Social Media to promote the business. Answering guest email, and reviews, keeping track of inventory supply on daily basis. People come here to have a relaxing gateway from work and city life.

Guidance / Training will be provided. Position available from December 15.

Preferred experience for bookkeeping, accounting & marketing. Looking for a Couple who is eager to learn, take directions, be a team leader, team player, Motivational Personal and who takes pride in their work. Local from Southern California Preferred.
