Caretaker(s) on small ranch, animal care, handyman work - Martinez, CA

I have a small ranch, a couple horses, chickens, and dogs/cats.  I have a 3 bedroom separate home that you will live in.  Your work here would include some of the cost of the rent.  Home rents for $3000 a month.  So the credit of $1500 toward rent and the balance of $1500 would be for work on the property.

 I also live on the property.  Jobs would include weeding, landscape maintanance, watering, fence repair, handyman fix it stuff like plumbing, deck repairs, siding repairs, painting etc.  When I am here, no feeding or caretaking of the animals,  I travel about 3 months a year, then, you would be responsible for the animals.
