Manager/Maintenance Team - St Petersburg, FL

Manager/Maintenance Team wanted for Downtown St Pete complex.  Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):  renting units, collecting and depositing rent, cleaning, repairs/rehab, evictions, common area maintenance, etc.  Experience with monthly rentals, weekly rentals, and AirBnb preferred.  Full-time position.  Live on-site.
