Spring 2021 Work Campers - Townsend, TN

The site we have reserved for you is A5 (42’ site) and is pretty shady, level, and includes a stone pavered patio, stone fire pit with grill grate, picnic table, full hook-up, Wi-Fi, and cable.
 

You will each work up to 6-8 hours per day, for up to 5 days a week for a combined total of up to at least 30-40 hours a week (with a minimum of at least 20 hours/week). We will give you at least two (2) consecutive days off every week to explore the area together. Compensation includes a full hookup site with cable TV and wireless internet service (valued at around $850 per month). You will be paid an hourly rate at $10 per hour. As noted below, the value of your site will be excluded from your gross income for federal tax purposes. There is potential for a bonus at the end of your stay upon satisfactory completion of this agreement.

At any time during your stay, if we feel that adequate service is not being given, there is a chance we may ask you to leave at any time. 

Your typical daily duties will include the below:

Maintenance -

• General maintenance duties, including: campsite cleanup, mowing, weedeating, trash pickup, unit and restroom maintenance

• Various construction projects such as carpentry and plumbing

• Assisting with special events 

• Evening security monitoring

• Help answer after hour phone calls with our on call phone - you will have this at least Thursdays - Sundays

Reservations -

• Making reservations for guests through our reservation system, ResNexus

• Stocking shelves/taking inventory and preparing lists for goods needed

• Checking guests in and out (including late arrivals), assisting with general questions about our resort, and administrative duties

• Keeping guest areas clean including coffee lounge, laundry facility, and club house

• Cleaning and organizing various resort spaces

• Assisting with special events 

• Help answer after hour phone calls with our on call phone  - you will have this at least Thursdays - Sundays

report as scheduled. Do not sign this agreement if you are still considering other positions. If
