Chef & InnKeeper Couple - Wilson, WY

We are seeking an experienced InnKeeper & Chef Couple! This is an amazing opportunity to run a top-rated property near the beautiful Grand Teton Mountains in Jackson Hole, WY. Absolutely breathtaking surroundings - complete with all the fantastic outdoor activities this region has to offer! Picture yourself and your partner at a luxurious eco-friendly Inn, conveniently located only a few short miles from the Teton Village ski area, the Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks, and the National Elk Refuge!

Responsibilities

• Represent the Inn graciously and with a smile to all guests - welcome guests on arrival, manage reservations & event bookings, phone & digital inquiries, and offer concierge services for local activities and dining
• The Chef will be responsible for providing daily breakfast and evening appetizer receptions as well as full plated bistro dinners 2 or more nights per week
• Knowledge in banquet services as needed for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, etc.
• Cleaning, repair, and maintenance as needed
• Managing vendors, ordering, inventory, cost controls

Qualifications

• Longevity, a stable couple who will be able to stay with this property for a minimum of 3-5 years
• A creative chef with a scratch background, high-quality cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients
• Innkeeper with a proven record of success in managing a B&B, Inn, or like property
• Hospitality-driven attitude and willingness to make real connections with visitors

Compensation & Benefits

• Annual salary $70K+ for the couple as well as additional income from banquet events
