Seeking Live in couple to take care of 8,000 sq ft home in Potomac MD. The homeowners normally travel (pre-covid) 120 days a year and hope to return to that schedule soon. 

This position would suit a couple looking to get into the arena of private service or a seasoned couple looking to slow down and take care of a smaller property with less responsibilites and after ( covid) more leisure time). 

The home owners have their own cook, so only meal needed is a simple breakfast.

Your own apartment/seperate entrance/use of car for work and private use

Salary $75,000  

Duties to include: cleaning, laundry, organizing, outdoor grounds upkeep( minimal) leaf blowing,walkways swept and snow removed. Car maintenance and fueling,errand running,grocerey shopping, returns, dry cleaners, vendor management.
