Innkeeper-Chef Couple - Wilson, WY

Luxurious, eco-conscious Inn at the foot of the beautiful Grand Teton Mountains in Jackson Hole, WY seeks experienced Innkeeper & Chef Couple. This is an amazing opportunity to run a top-rated property in amazing surroundings - close enough to enjoy all the fantastic outdoor activities this region has to offer!

Responsibilities

• Chef will be responsible for all aspects of providing daily breakfast and evening appetizer reception, as well as full plated bistro dinners 2+ nights per week
• Additional dining services as needed for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, etc.
• Represent the Inn in a warm and gracious manner to all guests - welcome guests on arrival, manage reservations & event bookings, phone & digital inquiries, and offer concierge service for local activities and dining and dining
• Coordinate with Managing Director to uphold standards and provide a quality experience to all guests
• Repair and maintenance as needed
• Managing vendors, ordering, inventory, cost controls
• Additional cleaning as needed

Qualifications

• Chef is creative and able to provide freshly-made, high-quality cuisine made from locally sourced ingredients
• Stable couple who will be able to stay with this property for a minimum of 3-5 years
• Innkeeper with a proven record of success in managing a B&B, Inn, or like property
• Hospitality-driven attitude and willingness to make real connections with visitors
