Mobile Home Community Manager/Maintenance - Dimondale, MI

Looking for motivated couple to manage a beautiful mobile home community. Community manager will handle day-to-day operations, collecting rents, showing homes to prospective tenants, etc. Community maintenance duties include landscaping, snow plowing, monitoring the wells/ wastewater lagoons, pool maintenance, remodeling homes, carpentry and overall upkeep of the community.
