Energetic Couple Wanted for 2021 Summer in the Mountains - McGee Creek, CA

Our RV Park is the highest rated RV Park in the Mammoth Lakes area, located in the beautiful Eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains at 7,000 ft. in elevation.  We are a small park with a stocked creek and trout ponds. We offer a family friendly, quiet and beautiful park with great views. This is an outdoor paradise that offers endless hiking trails, mountain biking, 4x4 trails, water sports, world class trout fishing and more. The possibilities are endless! We are seeking an experienced, energetic and self-motivated couple for the 2021 Summer Season.

Job Requirements:

• Office “Inside” Position: Provide great customer service, positive attitude, answer busy phone lines, take reservations/cancellations, daily check-ins, review park rules with every guest, sell store goods (ice, wood, etc.), end of the day report, accurate money handling, ice/wood ordering(as needed), general office work, light office cleaning, directing afternoon office help, we use ASTRA software (experience preferred but not required)
• “Outside” Position: Provide great customer service, assist our primary outside guy with check-outs (enforce checkout time), watering daily, assist in the office as needed, site escorts and backing in (we guide every reservation to their site), wood/ice delivery as needed, some weed whacking and weed pulling, general property/irrigation maintenance, filling in on bathroom cleaning if our primary outside guy is not here (this happens very infrequently). Finally, being a jack of all trades and handle repairs situationally (either repair or calling the right person), rule enforcement and nightly security checks 3x a week @ 10pm.

• For Both: Being team players and helping as needed. You will be covering the office 3 days a week by yourselves (Exception of afternoon office help). Must be able to make decisions about reservation handling on a case by case basis (rule/policy enforcement). Must be in fairly good physical shape, with no major health restrictions that would interfere with your ability to complete the work required. Ideally if you enjoy your summer and we feel the same, we would love to have someone come back every season.

Compensation/Schedule/Perks:

• Season: 4/5/21-10/15/21 (Park Open: 4/19/21-10/4/21)
• Pay for all hours: 40 hours each, $13.00 hourly
• Set Schedule: (4/10 hour days), T/W/Th/F, 8am-6pm, 4 on/3 off
• FHU Site: 30/50 Amp, Water, Sewer, Dedicated Wi-Fi
