Manager Couple - St Petersburg, FL

Full time on site working managing couple needed  asap for 169 site mobile home park.  Housing possible or live in your own rig, plus salary

Office uties to include collecting rents, must be proficient with Word and Excell and or Office Suite, make deposits, supply reports and reciepts to accountant and owners. Possible some activities coordinating.

Maintenance duties to include some grass mowing, weedeating (common areas only) some knowledge of renovations of mobile homes. must be on call 24/7 for emergencies
