In the Brenne Region Indre FRANCE

Large country house in around 62 hectares of parkland, woods and Lakes. In the grounds there are Deer, Wild Boar, Peacocks etc.

It is around 1 hour from the city of Tours and 30 minutes to two beautiful small towns, there is a small village with shops just a few minutes away.

Duties include looking after and maintaining the house and the grounds (there are no formal gardens) and buildings including a swimming pool, some housekeeping. Experience of handling garden machinery such as tractors, chain saw etc is an advantage, also basic maintenance skills in all the usual things required in looking after a large country house such as painting and carpentry etc. The Owners occupancy is intermittent. You must be dog lovers as there will be dog-minding of 2 Large dogs.

You should have a Full driving licence, and be in good health. References are required and will be checked.

It is not a condition that you are already French speaking but it would be an advantage.

There is spacious Accommodation included and use of a car if required.

This position is not intended for people looking for a long-paid holiday.
