We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven husband and wife team for a vintage manufactured home community located in Pinellas Park, Florida.   This community requires a management team who likes to be out and about and get the job done and should not be shy about digging in to bring the community up to its' potential value.  It’s a challenging community with potential to be much more.  It is your responsibility to take this community to the next level.

Salary negotiable, plus sales commissions and quarterly bonus incentives. Housing and utilities will also be included.

1 team member must be physically able to perform maintenance and upkeep duties and the other team member must be able to perform office duties and home sales. Please include a resume for each team member with your reply.

Skills/Qualifications:
VERY STABLE WORK HISTORY REQUIRED. Customer service, motivation for sales, office and computer skills, immaculate and detailed maintenance and upkeep skills. Prior experience a plus, but not necessary.
