CARETAKER COUPLE NEEDED - LONG TERM

Ranch on 43 acres in Sierra Nevada Foothills in town of Grass Valley, Northern California.  Duties for man include yard maintenance, handyman work with electrical and plumbing skills, ranch/tractor work.  For woman includes cooking, housecleaning, laundry and caring for my disabled husband while I am away. 

Will trade work for rent in lovely small mobile home, plus a wage, negotiable.  No smoking.  Time needed:  approximately 16-18 hours per week from man, 18-20 hours a week from woman.  Experience & references required.  Send your age, photo & work history.
