Assistant Manager Couple - Port Lavaca, TX

 ASSISTANT  MANAGER COUPLE TEXAS COASTAL BEND  (PORT LAVACA)

Enjoy the laidback lifestyle of Texas’ Coastal Bend.  We are rurally located outside of Port Lavaca, close to Carancahua Bay and Port Alto Beach.  Outdoor activities abound with boating, world class fishing, swimming, beach bumming and bird watching.

We are currently seeking a couple to assist with all aspects of working a 120 site RV park. 

Duties may include any of the following:

Office assistance:  Registration of new guests, collection of deposits and rent.  Creating invoices and posting payments in QuickBooks.  Answering phone, giving rates and taking reservations.

Groundskeeping and maintenance assistance: Assist groundskeeper with mowing, weed eating, use of brush hog. Equipment maintenance and upkeep.  Light repairs of plumbing, sewer and electrical.  Assistance with cleaning facilities.

Providing Security:  Assist in parking and hookup of new guests. Enforcing rules and regulations.  Assist in maintaining a safe living environment for all guests/residents. 

Our residents are primarily long term so there is minimal in/out traffic.

We prefer a long-term couple, however we will consider a 6-12 month stay also.  FHU, Wifi, laundry and are included in the compensation package.  Pets up to 20 pounds are welcome. Must have RV & live on site.
