The Lodge at Hot Lake Springs in NE Oregon is under new ownership! North East Oregon is a sunny high-desert type environment with trees, mountains, and lots to enjoy. This historic lodge is undergoing renovations and updates to include multiple pubs, a movie theater, and amazing hot springs soaking. The Lodge is owned by the same owners as the adjacent Grande Hot Springs RV Resort, which is a Top-Rated park with 100 Pull-thru RV Sites & caters to an upper class guest that expects competent/friendly customer service & well maintained grounds.

POSITIONS ADVERSTISED: (RV Sites are provided at Grande Hot Springs RV Resort, next door to the Lodge)

Office Position (2 positions - 30 hours/week. 2 positions - 16 hours/week)

Operations/Maintenance Postion

Housekeeping (2 positions -20 hours/week, 2 positions - 32hours/week,)

Landscaper Position

Construction Lead Position (Year round or seasonal position available)

Office Position: Couple, 30 hrs/week per person, 5 days/week $12/hr  - Office/Grounds Position is a busy & fast paced position that requires a friendly couple that can multi-task to check in guests, answer phone calls, process reservations, and problem solve issues.

Office Position includes checking-in guests, processing reservations (phone, email, online), responding to inquires (phone or email), processing sales, light pool maintenance;light cleaning & restocking.

Operations/Maintenance Position includes landscape maintenance (mowing, edging, watering, trimming, herbicide application, etc), compliance review, fixing & iimproving things, light cleaning, and pool maintenance.

Shift hours: 6 hours/day 5 days/week.

Position inclueds a Full Hook Up (FHU) Site at Grande Hot Springs.

Housekeeping Positions (4 available): Couple or Single Person $12/hr  (RV site rent negotiable)   

- 20 hrs per week/ 5 days/week (2 positions)

- 32 hrs per week/ 5 days/week (2 positions)

This position is perfect for a couple that loves to clean!

Duties: Cleaning (overnight lodging units, laundry room, public areas, & bathrooms). Must love to clean & have attention to detail. 

Shift hours: 12pm to 4pm (20 hours/week)  9am to 5pm (32 hours week)

Landscaper Position: Single person, 20 to 30 hours week, 5 days/week $15/hr-DOE (RV Site Rent negotiable) Days & hours flexible

Duties: Experience needed in landscape design and construction including irrigation and water features. Helpful experience: construction, painting, electrical, irrigation, plumbing, equipment repair/maintenance, and general maintenance. We have numerous projects including remodeling,  new signage, and numerous upgrades.

Construction Position: Single person, 20 to 30 hours week, 5 days/week $15/hr-DOE (RV Site Rent negotiable) Days & hours flexible

Duties: Experience needed in construction trades, and general maintenance. Specific experience in concrete work (form, finish, flatwork, foundations), framing, and finish work. We are building numerous overnight lodging units and expanding our maintenance facilities..
