RV Park Manager(s) - Clute, TX

Seeking a full time RV park manager or couple to oversee operations of a 103 site beautifully shaded, peaceful park. The park is situated conveniently to Texas gulf beaches and offers a close home base for on-location workers.

The position requires someone with an owner-minded mentality and will be attending to all day-to-day operations, in charge of everything from administrative activities, property maintenance, tenant relations to overseeing capital improvements. Previous management experience is preferred along with a general knowledge of property maintenance. Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office is preferred.

The office is attached to a 2 story, 3 bedroom/2 bath house with garage intended for the manager's residence.
