FEATURED JOB OPENING: Caretaker/Manager of 50 unit townhouse complex with pool - Matagorda, TX

HOA  has 51 individually owned townhomes.  You will be responsible for maintenance of the common areas, a large pool, and a clubhouse that has two vacation rental units.  Couple preferred.  

Start date:  Immediate

Permanent position.

Must have good people skills and be skilled at handyman work

Package includes a 950 square ft condo with all utilities paid plus salary.

One person will be required to be on site every day of the summer season or you can find someone to fill in for you.  Winter times will be a little more flexible except for weekends and Holidays.  Duties include crowd control and maintanence of common property.  Maintenance includes  light repairs and working with vendors for more extensive repairs. You will be required to keep an eye on owner units and notify owner or proper authorities if anything is amiss. References required.
