FEATURED JOB OPENING: Self Storage Management Team (2-person) - Beaumont, CA

Experienced, professional 2-person self storage management team wanted for our facility in clear-skied Beaumont. Team must have proven track record with motivation, dependability and glad to bring your positive attitude to work every day. Great family-owned business since construction of the facility in 1986.

We offer 2-bedroom spacious apartment with paid utilities plus salary. Salary is based on skills and experience; plus paid vacation. Days off will be Sundays/Mondays. AND every other Tuesday - what a gig!

We do offer a training program for our specific procedures, but must meet the following basic requirements and experience for the 2-person team open positions:

1) Office Position Requirements : Great customer service attitude, polished sales skills, friendly phone voice, organizational skills, neat appearance, Domico experience helpful, and must be able to multitask. Ability to problem-solve in a non-confrontational manner a requirement.

2) Outside Position Requirements: Light maintenance skills, great customer service attitude, neat appearance, some computer, and self motivated to maintain the facility. Job requires keeping up the curb appeal, general cleanliness and efficient function of the site. MUST be able to walk the long hallways and go up and down ladders when required. Our Maintenance Manager will do the large jobs and assign smaller jobs to manager of the site.
