FEATURED JOB OPENING: Live in Couple to Run Tourist Attraction - Hells Canyon, ID

Jet-boat Tour Company in search of COUPLE who can move to the Garden Creek Ranch in Hells Canyon. March through mid-November need to live on site; winter months optional.  We are looking for long term commitment. Room and board provided. Cable, Internet, phone included. Ranch is run off of hydroelectric generator and propane generators. The ranch is accessible by boat year round; and by 4WD in summer months.  $2400 monthly per couple before taxes. 

Responsibilities would include:
Cooking for 2 to 250 people (must have experience on Smoker/BBQ) (90-150 catered BBQ's yearly)
Cleaning and upkeep of 3 cabins and mess hall
Hosting occasional overnight guests
Yard maintenance of 9 acres of land, including fruit orchard
Retail sales of gift shop

Qualifications:
Catering/cooking experience with superior knack for food/pantry management
Small equipment experience (lawnmowers, tractor, 4wd knowledge)

Grounds keeping essential
Must enjoy people

Requirements of employer:
Must learn history of Hells Canyon & the Snake River (upon hiring)
Participation in Employee Drug Testing
Valid driver's license
Background check

Trouble shooting problems a must

Apply only if you have a "can-do" attitude and have the aptitude to work with a seasoned tourism company. You will meet hundreds of new guests every year, and provided we supply them with a pleasingly memorable trip, they will return as friends. Ideal candidates will live on site. Transportation to and from remote ranch is provided.
