Management Team for Small Motel in Small Southern Colorado Town - Walsenburg, CO

Seeking a Management couple for a small 6 room hotel in Walsenburg, Colorado. 

The couple must have great attention to cleanliness, as this will be the major focus of duties.

Job duties will include front desk check-in and check-out, room cleaning, laundry, etc... All necessary duties to keep the motel maintained and the guests happy.

The maintenance duties will be very limited, but required on a regular basis.

This position is a very light work load and can be handled by a single person or a couple.

Though the work load is light, it is required on a daily basis.

A couple should plan to have an additional income from this area.

Compensation includes a one bedroom manager's quarters and an additional monthly salary of $500.

No Pets

Currently we are remodeling another motel in the area. With the addition of the new motel, we will be able to offer more work/pay for this position if desired.
