FEATURED JOB OPENING: River Resort General Managers In Northern California - Douglas City, CA
WHY DO WE SHOW EXPIRED LISTINGS?
We are searching for onsite Managers at our Northern California boutique Fishing Lodge and Resort on the Trinity River. The Lodge is nestled on 10 acres of riverfront property near Douglas City California, approximately 35 miles from Redding California.
The Lodge consists of 16 guest rooms in a variety of configurations as well as a small Bistro currently offering breakfast and lunch dining.
Our business is well established with many guests returning year after year.
The Steelhead, Salmon and Brown Trout fishing as well as the summer recreation on the Trinity River provides a strong guest attraction throughout the year.
Impeccable attention to detail, service and cleanliness and staff professionalism have separated this property from many of the potential competitive lodging operations.
The Owners are seeking an energetic partner-manager team, with an above average appreciation for warm hospitality, customer service and attention to guest satisfaction, who values the “lifestyle opportunity” of running a fabulous business while living in beautiful Trinity County.
The position includes an attractive compensation package, with spacious “on site” housing included and a generous profit-sharing plan. Responsibilities include complete management of the day to day Lodge and Bistro operations as well as staff development/management and basic accounting duties. Above average performers only please apply.
In addition to the traditional Lodge operations, there are a number of business expansion opportunities awaiting our new Managers plans and energy (special events, corporate functions and riverfront dining and dinner expansion possibilities).
