POSITION FILLED--------FREE RV SITE W/ALL UTIL IN TRADE-OFF FOR WORK - Corpus Christi, TX

POSITION FILLED------------I need a couple, 'with their heads on straight', and who realizes that 'Nothing is Really Free', to park their RV at my Business Center (McBC) in Corpus Christi, Texas Free, with all Utilities paid, in a Trade-Out' for work.  McBC is on the Safe, Clean side of Corpus, and within Seconds of the Cross-Town Expressway.

The work involved is (but not limited to) Keeping my place clean, watching for people who are not supposed to be ont he property, sanding and painting doors, replacing facia boards on buildings, patching driveways, etc.  This is NOT a Har Work, Job, and I only expect from 12 to 16 hours a week, or Whatever we agree is fair to me.

McBC is 25+- miles West of Padre Island National Seashore and Excellent fishing, and Many more interestng an beatiful places to visit and see.
