We are looking for a Professional, Dependable, Reliable Resident Management Couple to manage our Self Storage Facility in Tucson, AZ. One full time (40 hrs) and 1 part time (25 hrs).
Successful Couple will live on-site and will aim to provide superior customer service, a positive and welcoming experience to all customers with a smile:). You will provide storage solutions to customers and sell our services and product. You must have the ability to be Team Players and work and live great together. You will work together between the office and the property to ensure the office, property grounds and buildings are at a quality standard that we, you, and our customers can be proud of.
Qualifications:
• Customer Relations: Variety of Customer related industries such as Retail, Restaurant, Fast Food, etc.
• Minimum one year of customer service and/or sales experience
• Energetic, outgoing and delivers service with a smile :):):)
• Strong communications, problem solving and time management skills
• Valid and current driver's license with reliable and insured personal transportation used during the work day
• Must be able to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm any day of the week.
• Adaptable - comfortable working alone or with other team members and upper management; Being a Team Player and accepting new challenges
• Proficient in Windows-based computer programs, Microsoft Office, Excel and data entry such as notating customer accounts and balancing daily transactions, will also send Daily, Weekly and Monthly Reports to Corporate Office.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, picking up trash and wiping windows. Maintenance consists of handyman skills such as, replacing door latches, door seals, drywall patch work, etc.
Requirements
Excellent Customer Service:
• Provide outstanding customer service: by delivering "Customer comes first" attitude, recommend storage solutions and assist them with their storage needs.
• Welcome customers with a Smile! and make their move-in a positive experience through friendly interaction and knowledgeable guidance; Professionally assess the best rate and unit size for the customer's needs and close the deal!
• Take pride in the appearance of your property; maintain a clean and debris-free location for a great customer experience
Day to Day Business:
• Work independently or with other team members and Upper Management
• Daily Tasks will range from customer service to other office duties and property upkeep.
• Make customer calls regarding their account, courtesy collections and other items; document notes on the computer system
• Conduct daily physical storage unit inspection; confirm inventory availability and ensure spaces are secure and/or ready to rent
• Manage, audit, balance cash drawer; prepare reports and make daily deposits
•Face to face marketing with the local community
• Perform cleaning and maintenance such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, picking up trash and wiping windows to ensure a great customer experience
• Partner with District Manager and other team members to exceed company goals and expectations
