FEATURED JOB OPENING: Resident Building Caretaker Team - Minneapolis, MN

FirstService Residential Minnesota is a large, well established and highly reputable firm specializing in community association management of over 500 condominium and townhome associations in downtown Minneapolis, St. Paul and greater metro area. We are seeking a live-in caretaker team for a luxury condominium property located downtown Minneapolis. This is a full-time position and a great opportunity for a team who is available week days during business hours.

Duties include cleaning of common areas, light maintenance, and limited management and on-call responsibilities. No leasing, cleaning or painting of units is required. We are seeking a conscientious, responsible and personable team who enjoy working independently, have an eye for detail and have some mechanical aptitude.
